Home Infusion Therapy

Home infusion therapy allows patients to receive vital fluids and medications without the inconvenience or costs of a hospital visit. At AxelaCare, we provide the medication and nursing services to ensure patients highest quality care.  The AxelaCare Infusion Team works closely with the physician, patient and caregiver to provide drug therapies and support to help the patients resume normal activities sooner and with fewer restrictions. Our home infusion team works under the direction and supervision of the patient’s physician, who determines the appropriate course of treatment.

The AxelaCare team is committed to keeping the physician informed of the patient’s response to therapy. The pharmacists and nurses regularly monitor the patient and report to the physician throughout the course of therapy.
