AxelaCare’s experienced team of pharmacists, nurses , intake and reimbursement specialists are dedicated to the referral process and will work with the physician, payer and patient to select the most appropriate treatment.

AxelaCare can be contacted in a variety of ways in order to make a referral. Whichever method you choose, Telephone, Fax or Online, the AxelaCare team strives to facilitate a complete and prompt referral process.
